This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of human rights with a focus on children's rights as outlined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).  Through critical reading, multimedia resources, discussions, and creative tasks, students will explore how children's right are protected (or violated) across different global contexts.  the course promotes global contexts.  the course promotes gobal awareness, civic engagement, and critical thinking through English language practice.
